Your journey to teach
In this Zurich based Yoga Teacher Training - Journey to Teach you’ll not only refine your understanding of asana, pranayama and yoga philosophy – but grow your voice, your confidence and your ability to guide others. This 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher training with Mirjam Haymann combines precision, real-life relevance and honest mentorship. Rooted in several yoga traditions. Shaped by over a decade of experience. Open for those ready to embark this journey to a deeper practice and guidance of others.
Dates 2026
The time to elevate is now. The training takes place from 08AM - 5PM on these specific dates:

Anatomy: theoretical basics on skeleton, muscles, nervous system, female health (pregnancy, hormones and tendencies), chakras and bandhas

Philosophy: understand ancient, classical and modern yoga history and its philosophical roots.
Learn about Patanjali's Sutras, the 8-fold path, the meaning of the Bhagavad Gita and receive an introduction to Ayurveda.
Place yourself consciously within the modern yoga landscape. -
Practicum: find your own voice and message.
Learn to use your words and knowledge efficiently to support growth and change in your students. -
Understand the business of yoga: obstacles, competition and opportunities

Develop a thorough and informed asana practice
(We will practice most days from 3–5 hours) -
Experience a vast variety of poses
(Including standing, arm balancing, inversions, twists and restoratives) -
Understand the relationship between gross and subtle body

Get to know the theory and application of pranayama

Methodology: in-depth understanding of asana, alignment, props, body variations, assists, finding your voice, theming and sequencing intelligent classes that stand out
