Do you feel called
to teach?
Maybe you’ve been practicing for years and something in you whispers: There is more I want to understand.
Teaching yoga is not just about standing in front of a room. It’s about deepening your own practice, learning to hold space for others, and finding the courage to let your voice be heard – with both feet on the ground and a clear, honest mind.
From February to July 2026 I’ll be co-teaching the new 200-hour AIRYOGA Teacher Training in Zurich – an in-depth, Yoga Alliance–certified training that weaves together strong asana, functional anatomy, philosophy for modern life, personal development, meditation, Ayurveda and the real-life business of teaching.
Mirjam's teachings are persuading of her clarity and intelligently designed sequences. Her authentic and passionate guidance is inspiring and her empathic and loving approach to whoever shows up on the mat makes one wanting to go back to practice in her presence.

During this training, I learned more for myself and my work as a psychotherapist than in many previous trainings and self-exploration groups. I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to learn from and with Mirjam
