Teaching Yoga is not only verbal.

The way we move, demonstrate, approach, touch and physically guide students shapes the entire experience of a class.

This workshop explores touch and body language as forms of communication within teaching. Through practical assists, demonstrations and hands on exploration, we investigate how physical communication can create clarity, trust, direction and deeper embodiment in practice.
