Expand your yoga knowledge, develop your personal practice, and learn how to teach yoga. Join AIRYOGA’s new 200-hour teacher training programme, which combines traditional yoga with modern life.
You will enjoy superior asana work with state-of-the-art sequencing, functional yoga anatomy, applying yoga philosophy to modern life, breathwork, teaching methodology, knowledge meditation and personal development, the principles of Ayurveda and humanities, as well as guidance on entrepreneurship and ethics.
The training is in-depth and fully grounded in the present moment. Unleash your potential, set ambitious goals and start the adventure of self-discovery.
The in-person training will take place from 20 February to 5 July 2026, in nine modules at AIRYOGA in Zurich. Maria Pountou and Mirjam Haymann will teach the 4.5-month training course in accordance with Yoga Alliance standards.
